    司徒惠霞，中国画家。现为中国女书画家联盟常务理事画家，《文化强国》 栏目首批高级智库高级研究员，中企联盟(北京)信息科学研究院副院长，央 广文化交流艺术委员会副主席，中国楹联学会书法艺术研究会副秘书长，中国 服务贸易协会国际交流工作委员会副秘书长，中企报盟信息科学研究院副院长，央广文旅发展中心客座教授。出生 于广东开平，一个融合中西文化风格，具有浓郁艺术氛围的碉楼之乡——古镇 赤坎。自幼受到老一辈艺术家司徒乔，司徒杰等影响 ，酷爱绘画造型艺术，尤 其对油画，水粉，水彩，白描，国画人物画痴迷，绘画中讲求结构 ，用色，用 光，笔触，国画工意并用，旨在达到形神兼备，不断尝试创新。

   自少年起就不断参加各类艺术活动，画展，注重全面艺术修养，用心观摩中外绘画名家作品，逐步进入个性创作状态;近年积极参与各地大型艺术绘画展览的创作与活动，获得好评。

2022年5月作品《午后暖阳》入展中国文艺网、中国书画家联谊会新文艺群体书画家工作委员会主办的“喜迎二十大讴歌新时代新文艺群体优秀书画作品网络展”，在中华数字艺术馆展出，被中华文艺资源数据库、中华数字艺术城收录并获得入展证书。

2022年6月《贵州老人头像》由徐悲鸿美术馆收藏。

    Situ Huixia, a Chinese painter. Currently serving as the executive director painter of the China Women's Calligraphy and Artists Association, senior researcher of the first batch of senior think tanks in the "Cultural Power" column, vice president of the Information Science Research Institute of the China Enterprise Alliance (Beijing), vice chairman of the Central Radio and Television Cultural Exchange Art Committee, deputy secretary general of the Calligraphy Art Research Association of the China Couplet Society, deputy secretary general of the International Exchange Working Committee of the China Service Trade Association, and vice president of the Information Science Research Institute of the China Enterprise Alliance, Visiting Professor at the Yangguang Cultural and Tourism Development Center. Born in Kaiping, Guangdong, Chikan is a hometown of blockhouses that blends Chinese and Western cultural styles and has a strong artistic atmosphere. Influenced by the older generation artists Situ Qiao and Situ Jie since childhood, he is fond of painting plastic arts, especially oil painting, gouache, watercolor, line drawing, and traditional Chinese figure painting. In painting, structure, color, light, strokes, and traditional Chinese painting are emphasized, aiming to achieve both form and spirit, and constantly try to innovate.

    Since childhood, I have been continuously participating in various art activities and exhibitions, emphasizing comprehensive artistic cultivation, carefully observing the works of famous Chinese and foreign painting masters, and gradually entering a state of personalized creation; In recent years, I have actively participated in the creation and activities of large-scale art and painting exhibitions in various regions and received high praise.

In 2016, the work "In the Mood for the Flower Season" was selected for the "Commemoration of the 80th Anniversary of the Victory of the Red Army's Long March" exhibition.
